John takes whole potatoes, coats the skins with EVOO, sprinkles generously with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, then bakes. Mmmm...they are the best baked potatoes ever!
I'm making a roast for dinner tonight, and I thought about making those potatoes to go with it, but it's supposed to get to 92 degrees today. Too hot for the oven. So when it cools down (like if it EVER cools down) then I'm making those for sure.

400 degrees for about an hour. :)

that is too hot for an oven- the last two weeks here haven't passed 50's.

This is exactly how we make potatoes except for the pepper...hmmm...maybe I should try that!
