First thing this morning, Mackenna and I baked chocolate chocolate chocolate chip cupcakes. Seeing as the first snow of the season is in the forecast for today- it seemed like the perfect day to try this recipe. Topped with buttercream frosting, they are as delicious as they sound!

Oh my gosh, SO adorable!!! What a cutie! There is nothing better than baking goodies on the first snowy day!!
So glad I can spread a little bit of chocolate love! They really are good! My neighbor makes these with some white cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, and butterscotch chips. I am not a butterscotch kind of gal....but the possibilities are endless!
So glad the substitution worked.
What a great picture!
My daughter is all about the beaters, too. Makes for a nice, messy face.
Oh, I love this!!
Yummy - I can almost taste that buttercream frosting, my favorite! Can you post a picture of snow? Some of us don't know what that is.
What?!! Did it really snow?? Too soon! You were just saying what a week or 2 ago that you refuse to turn the heat on yet!
Yum! I wish we had snow in our forecast! Just rain and 68 degrees. BORING! I hope you enjoyed the cupcakes. I know I would have ;)
it never did snow- but boy, those cupcakes were GOOD! ;)
