I first discovered the "blogosphere" almost 4 years ago- when I was thinking about homeschooling my second daughter, then in second grade. I soon started my own blog- jumping in - and chronicled our unschooling adventure there. Even though Brielle was enrolled back in public school for third grade, and my blog was deleted shortly thereafter, both still hold a dear place in my heart. Circumstances are bringing my third daughter home this January, and I am excited to begin this new chapter in our family's story. I have begun researching new and exciting ways to feed Shaye's insatiable hunger for knowledge. Stay tuned...

Gina,
I am so excited for you....I'll be thinking of you as you prepare!
If there is anything I can do to help please email me. I will be praying for you as you get ready for this new season in your life.
Gina, Please tell me much, much more. I have been in a mental battle with trying to decide on homeschooling. Is that what you are talking of, homeschooling Shaye? If so, why? Where did you start with researching this? I have so many questions, I'll wait to hear more about this from you!
Homeschooling is not very well known here so I don't know much about it but I hope that both of you will be very happy going to 'school'! :)
Can't wait to hear more!

sounds interesting....can't wait to see what you do.
Sounds exciting! This should add some excitement to your posts too :)
elexis- I'll email you as soon as a get a chance to sit still. :)
Thank you everyone for your support!
I homeschool my oldest K thru 2nd and my middle for first half of K. Next year oldest will be in middle school (blech) and I'm pretty sure we're going to homeschool again. Not sure yet if I'll do all three of them.
I meant I homeschooled my oldest...
Oh yay! I am so happy for you!! I remember reading about all the terrific things you did with Brielle. I know you will have just as much fun with Shaye! Yippee!
Keep us posted as to your "adventure". If you get a chance, e-mail me and fill me on the details of the decision, if it's something you don't mind sharing.
I am doing a happy dance for you!
