That sounds a lot like the challenges Samantha has to do for her Destination Imagination team. We work a lot on those kinds of things - "build something using two q-tips and a paperclip. Oh, and by the way, your structure must hold a bowling ball." :) Fun stuff!
When I clicked over here - I accidentally clicked on Unpink Academy instead. I got the page that said "this blog no longer exists" and I about freaked out, thinking that you had ditched cyberspace and I would never hear from you again! ' Glad to know you're still around. :)
Her tongue is often her "assistant" when she is concentrating- cracks me up!
Jules- yeah, no it was a) too much to keep up with and b) didn't really jve with the whole idea of unschooling/life learning- you know making a seperate blog for your "life". So it's here- I also imported my older one, The UNpink Ladies here too. One little old address. The group you take her to sounds fun- right up Shaye 's alley. :)

Childhood creativity in action...I LOVE it!
Great idea. Looks like she had a lot of fun creating her building and bridge!
What a great idea and I love her green outfit for St. Patty's Day!
Look at all that creatively flow. I think the tongue is her assistant. LOL.
awwww. How sweet are they?? I think I flunked art.
I love how focused she is in her work--completely absorbed until it is done.
Don't you just love how determined they are and the great ideas they come up with?
