That's great! It's really worth it to unplug for a while and see where your priorities really lay.

We are pretty much unplugged ...but not completely.

Great way to spend the time.

Looks like we may have to cut off cable pretty soon around here. I guess my kiddo will have to find some new things to do, too!

Hey, thanks for stopping by today. I'm digging your blog too, and I have to say it's pretty darn cool that you have tattoos and a 14 year old. I don't have tattoos, but do have a 14 year old myself (almost 15). Ahhh...good times.

Thanks again,
AnNicole

Geez! I can't be gone so long next time! You go and change everything so I don't even recognize it! :)

I'm just teasing! The new look is great. Very refreshing and summery.

Sorry I've been absent - but sometimes life gets in the way of this blogging thing. Hopefully I'll be back to more regular blogging soon. (yeah, right!)

Enjoy being unplugged! :)

I love the playdough food. Very appetizing. Starve the brain and it is amazing what it will cook up to entertain itself!

Funny, I just blogged about something similar. Disconnected summer for us!

we have spent our summers unplugged- to much to do to be in front of a tv. And do our best in the winter, we homeschool so theres not much time for tv anyways, and at nights I encourage books, games, coloring. It usually goes well.

With the way prices are going cable may be a luxury soon, we may not have.

You are AWESOME!!

Seriously, one day a week nearly kills me. But I know how good it is for us.
