I cut my own hair once when I was in high school and it was totally not straight but OHSOPUNK. Now I just trim my bangs but usually break down and run to my stylist to fix them. You did a great job!
Stopping by from SITS - love the cut! I've never been that daring... I still travel over 1000 miles to go to my hair dresser that I've had since childhood... and if I don't get home to Canada my hair just grows...
!! It looks GREAT!! And yes..I too have chopped my hair :o) then I usually let it grow out again long, but after this last chop, I just keep trimming and love it.
ohmystars!! you are so brave!! i am like that too (although i could never cut my own hair. . . ever!) like i wake up one day and say oh, if my hairdresser can't get me in today, i'll take matters into my own hands and it won't be pretty!! thank goodness she always seems to have an opening!
Hair looks great, I too took my hair into my own hands, didn't turn out as well as yours but not as bad as I was expecting either. And well,,,,its hair it'll grow out.
I made my 15 yo (who video taped the first part because she was so horrified) trim the straggles in the back when I was done. Then i added a few layers around the bottom of the cut - it's pretty fool proof because my hair is curly- so it doesn't have to be PERFECT. :)
(although I've lasted growing it out now since April...9 months. UGH. Somebody came into work today with awesome hair. Awesome SHORT hair, I should say. But I will not falter!)

I do that about once a year!
Love the haircut! I'm always a spur of the moment haircut woman - I love the feel of shorter hair :)

Short is so cute on you!...did you cut it all by yourself or did someone trim it all up afterwards?...you are one brave girl!

The ends were dried out and I always wore it up in a messy bun anyways , so what's the point?! I love the free feeling of short hair.
LOL_Yep I have done it--it's so freeing right??
Do I ever get that feelin'? HA!
Every. Single. Day.
