5 things I love today

I was tagged a few days ago by Artmind to post about 5 everyday loves of mine. Well, if I am not to include my family, my everyday "loves" change daily. Here's what I'm loving today...

Yup, Safeguard beige.

You see, I had to go to CVS in my pajamas this morning to buy this bar of soap in order to be able to take a shower. Because no one in my family thought it was necessary to tell me we were down to our last bar of soap- last time.

Hershey kisses...

okay, this one pretty much is an every day one.

The boots I got for Christmas.

Because it's cold and icy outside.

That this picture was taken yesterday,

and not today.

We had our first local homeschool gathering to get to today.

That this pile of clothes (and then some!)

got folded and put away while we were housebound.

And that all of the dishes got done yesterday too.

My white trash "green" clothes drying rack.

(Hey, it works.)

And, last but not least, my "lunch date".

Right now, right here, with you.

Hmm... seems I turned it more into a "I'm loving" post, and I listed more than five, so I'm going to go ahead and break one last rule... instead of tagging 5 people to do this on their blogs, I'm going to invite everyone to do it- if you want to. Just let me know when it's up, so I can come share the love!

What are your five everyday loves?

Wooaahh, I love it when you break the rules! It made me smile like this :)
I'm certainly not envious for the laundry you have to do and I certainly hope that is not an everyday thing but SO nice that it got all done while you were away! :)
Isn't it a great idea to think about the things that you daily love?
I also agree that it's a fantastic idea to let everyone play - you're simply the best, Gina! :)
Thanks for playing, I really enjoyed looking into your daily loves! :)

Thanks, you made me smile (and blush) with your post today. Anyhoo...
yes, the laundry is a daily thing- it's the getting it folded and put away part that doesn't happen daily. :)

Well, I may just have to do this myself, it is FUN and easy (I've been brain-dead and totally out of blog inspiration lately!). LOVE the boots, they look fantastic and I'm totally stealing the white trash drying rack idea. I can't believe I never thought of it before myself!!!! I have clothes hanging everywhere in my house, just not up on my ceiling fan - duh!! :-)

How in the h*** do you keep your desk so neat? :) I am forever digging through piles of paper and other stuff just to get to my keyboard.

I love your Loves. The Hershey's kisses would be on my list too. Or any chocolate, for that matter!

I will do this sometime soon.

My desk never looks like that!

It's not really a "desk"- it's just a computer desk from Target. There really isn't room or a reason to keep anything on it because we only sit there to use the computer. Any passwords , accounts created getting transferred to one little notebook we keep- other than that, any papers you had on the desk- you take with you when you go. I'm anal like that- I can't think in cluttered spaces.
