I am going to tackle this meme in 2009- hopefully it will be a creative way to document the little things that make our life... well, ours. And no, I won't be going in order. And I might do a letter more than once- you never know.

I know right? That's what I thought when she asked for it. I was like, SURE!! She read for over an hour yesterday- read 22 pages... she read for over an hour - straight, because she wanted to!!! The new Wimpy kid is coming out next week, she wants it. :)
My sisters and I are the only people I know of that can see each other only once a year or less, and part of our time together is spent sitting in the same room, but all reading!
Love Gianna blowing a bubble. Screams "Teenager". What great pictures too.
Oh man, I thought that was you - reading that Twilight book. I only looked at her eye, and small portion of her face that shows. Now that I look at the hair closer, I see it's Brielle. But, wow, does that girl ever look like you!
Dawn, yes, when you get past her coloring- both eyes and hair ;) she looks a lot like me. And I will be reading it next. I had been contemplating reading the series now to see what a ll the hoopla was about but didn't get it around to it , so when Brielle asked it was perfect timing and justified the cost of buying the books.
I like the pic of your daughter who is reading Twilight. The little bit of her face you can see looks like she's wide-eyed as if she's at a really good part of the book. :o)
This is my favorite post with this theme so far. To me, this is a glimpse into my future. I hope my little girls grow up to devour books (and chew bubble while they're at it!) I guess we're taking some important steps toward that- practicing chewing gum (without swallowing it or getting it in our hair) and phonics, we're learning short vowel sounds and simple sight words! LOL! Well done, Gina!
That is so cool what a great idea for R and the Twilight Books are something I think I may have to let my daughter read after seeing them on sooooo many blogs!

I love it!!!!
So cool! Is that Brielle with Twilight? How did she go from Diary of A Wimpy Kid to Twilight? :) Ahh... there's hope for Jeremy yet...

Yes, they were all camped out in G and B's room Sunday night- reading. We love to read at my house, it's a form of fun.

OK, I was thinking it has to be in order and wasn't wrapping my brain around the directions. Was waiting for your first post on this. Thanks!

hhmm... reading is one of life's most simple and most precious luxuries, isn't it?
It's great to start a new year of reading! I love to lay on the couch and read. :)
Okay, now I understand. Cool idea!
